Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden on Night Cam and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

Harassment & Bullying

• Targeted insults, threats, or intimidation
• Repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
• Doxxing (sharing private information about others)
• Discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, etc.

Inappropriate Content

• Sexually explicit material or suggestive content
• Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech or extremist propaganda
• Illegal activities or promotion of harm

Fraud & Deception

• Impersonating other people or organizations
• Creating fake accounts or using false information
• Scamming, phishing, or attempting to obtain personal data
• Misleading others for financial gain

Spam & Commercial Activity

• Mass advertising or promotional messages
• Selling products or services without permission
• Sharing malicious links or viruses
• Using automated bots or scripts

Privacy Violations

• Recording conversations without consent
• Sharing screenshots or recordings of chats
• Attempting to discover someone's real identity without permission
• Pressuring others to share personal information

Enforcement & Consequences

Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action based on the severity of violations. Possible consequences include:

• Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a formal warning
• Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction from using the platform
• Permanent ban: Complete removal from Night Cam for severe or repeated violations

We strive for fairness and consistency in all enforcement decisions. If you believe your account was wrongfully suspended, you may appeal through our contact form.

Reporting Violations

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can:

• Submit a report through our contact form

When reporting, please include: username(s) involved, date/time of incident, description of what happened, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.). All reports are confidential.

Age Requirements

Night Cam is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately removed.

Your Responsibility

While Night Cam employs safety measures and moderation, you play a crucial role in maintaining a positive community. By:
